• Merge CSS files into a single pure-typography.css file.

• Add pure-typography bower package. I recommend pulling this in via Bower now

  bower install pure-typography

• csstype renamed to pure-type
• splash classes renamed to pure-splash
• ribbon classes renamed to pure-ribbon
• dt and dd classes now have more margin.
• Definition lists and general lists now have line-height: 1.6em.
• pre elements now have more padding.
